JK Community

1. Acceptance

By registering for or using JK Community, you agree to follow the community rules, these terms, the Privacy Notice and applicable law. If you do not agree, please do not register or use member-only functions.

2. Member accounts

• Provide accurate information and protect your password.
• Do not impersonate another person or create accounts to evade enforcement. Tell an administrator if you suspect unauthorised account access.
• A minor must obtain parental guidance or consent where required by law.

3. Community conduct

• Communicate respectfully and recognise differences of opinion.
• Do not harass, threaten, promote hatred, deceive, spam or publish unlawful material.
• Do not disclose another person's personal data or image without an appropriate right or permission.
• Technical, repair or safety information should state its limitations and must not be presented as a JK Community certification.

4. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you create, while granting JK Community the rights reasonably necessary to store, copy, resize, display and make that content available within the service according to your visibility settings. You must have the necessary rights to text, images, video, marks and data you upload and remain responsible for your content.

5. Vehicle history and marketplace

Vehicle records, timelines and ownership histories are member-provided information, not a certificate of condition, title or legal accuracy. Buyers and sellers must independently verify the vehicle, documents, parties and transaction terms. A history transfer inside the service is not a legal transfer of vehicle ownership.

6. Moderation and account restrictions

Administrators may hide, change the status of or remove content, restrict posting, suspend or close an account where reasonably necessary for safety, rule enforcement or law. A deceased member's account may be memorialised to preserve history while disabling sign-in.

7. Service and liability

The service may change, be temporarily unavailable or contain errors. Member information and advice is shared for community experience. Users should consult a mechanic, professional or relevant authority before making a risky decision. Each party's liability remains subject to applicable law.
